Ahaloop — Automated Short-Video Studio
An agentic pipeline that researches, writes, illustrates, voices, reviews and publishes short explainer videos to four platforms.
OverviewWhat this project is
Ahaloop makes short vertical videos about why everyday things exist. The whole chain — idea, research, script, storyboard, illustration, voice, music, edit, review and publishing — runs as a pipeline, with a human approving through Telegram.
ContextThe problem
Making short videos consistently is slow, and generic AI video tools give repetitive, low-quality output. The goal was a pipeline that keeps quality high with checks at every stage and costs almost nothing to run.
ContributionMy role & responsibilities
Designed and built the system: the studio CLI, Claude Code skills, quality gates, rendering kits and the VPS publishing gateway.

LLM output drifts and repeats itself.
A novelty gate compares each idea with past recipes, and a review gate scores every asset before it moves on.
Platform APIs want a stable IP and long-lived tokens.
Uploads run only from the VPS gateway, which keeps OAuth tokens server-side and publishes from a schedule queue.
No budget for paid generation.
Free stock sources, local TTS and music synthesis, and scenes drawn as vectors in code.
